Marsha Tekeste — President & Founder
A pioneer in a male-dominated industry, Marsha Tekeste has excelled as an owner-operator of numerous live music entertainment restaurants, lounges, and sports bars across Southern California.
Harmony will feature the nation's largest selection of Black and women-owned wine and spirit brands, showcasing her dedication to diversity and excellence. With a vision to create an elite cultural hub and a mission to provide unparalleled luxury and sophistication, Marsha Tekeste is poised to make a significant impact in Hollywood Park's hospitality landscape.
Beginning with a modest 1,500 sq. ft. bar in 1985 on Downtown Inglewood's Market Street, she recently celebrated over 11 years as the owner of one of Inglewood's favorite hangouts for live music and great food—the 6,000 sq. ft. Lavender Blue Restaurant Lounge. With over 30 years of experience, Marsha has successfully managed venues throughout the region, consulted and advised aspiring club owners, and consistently driven innovation and growth in the restaurant and entertainment sectors.
She is now embarking on an ambitious new project: Harmony—an intimate live concert restaurant located just steps from SoFi Stadium. Harmony will offer a unique blend of fine dining, live music, and sports viewing experiences, positioning itself as a premier destination for music lovers and sports fans alike.

Having lived in 9 countries and worked more than 15 years with Fortune 100 companies such as GE, Disney, Microsoft, and Qualcomm—and as a hospitality and gaming-focused Investment Banker in Las Vegas—Zig brings a wealth of diverse, global experience. He holds a BSME from the University of Michigan and an MBA from UCLA Anderson.

A proud Howard University alum, Tebereh has overseen the operations of the family business since 2003. As a well-established and respected mixologist throughout the Inglewood community, she has cultivated a loyal following of regulars—a foundation that helped Lavender Blue maintain its presence and survive COVID.

Mikhail's deep experience in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, and balance sheet restructuring with multiple tech companies has brought financial stability, improved capital management, and enhanced margins to Lavender Blue Group. Mikhail holds a BSME from NC State University and an MBA from Pepperdine.
